Course Title: Mastering Business Development®

Who Should Attend: Personnel primarily responsible for identifying and qualifying revenue opportunities for their organizations. This includes leaders, business development and capture personnel.

Course Summary: This training program provides participants with the necessary processes, thinking, knowledge, skills and perspectives to better recognize and understand how to engage customers within a BD role.

Key Learning Points: This curriculum provides and in-depth understanding
of the role, thinking, skills and processes needed within a primary BD role. It
introduces the 12 Core Competencies required for success in a business
development role, the psychology of why and how people buy and expands
on how to effectively utilize proactive BD processes to identify and shape
opportunities well before the RFP is released.
